These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Rogue Merc Designs website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Personalization

Rogue Merc Designs offers military plaques, challenge coin displays, flag display cases, and personalized gifts.

Please review the product description, dimensions, available options, and personalization requirements before ordering. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture mean individual pieces may differ from photographs.

Orders and Payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and personalization information when ordering.

Prices and available options are displayed on the website. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment providers available at checkout.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or contains a pricing or listing error, we will contact you to discuss a correction, alternative, or refund as appropriate.

Custom Design Requests

Submitting a custom design request does not, by itself, confirm a purchase, price, or production date. Project details, pricing, and any applicable requirements must be agreed upon before the order proceeds.

Design Proofs and Approval

For orders that include a design proof, you are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, ranks, dates, wording, insignia, and layout details before approving production.

Please request corrections during the review stage. Changes requested after approval may affect pricing and completion times. This does not limit your rights if we produce an item that differs from the approved design.

Customer-Supplied Content

You confirm that you have permission to submit and authorize the use of any photographs, logos, artwork, text, or personal information provided for your order.

You grant Rogue Merc Designs permission to use those materials as necessary to prepare your design, fulfill your order, and provide related support. Ownership of your original materials remains with you.

Do not submit classified information, confidential military records, or content you are not authorized to share.

Production and Delivery

Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Please confirm current estimates before ordering, especially if your item is needed for a retirement, farewell, ceremony, or other scheduled event.

Estimated completion and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. We will communicate material changes to the schedule when we become aware of them.

Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you discover an error.

If an order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order details so we can review the issue and discuss the appropriate next steps. Please retain packaging and photographs of any damage where possible.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Available options depend on its design and production status.

We will explain any applicable costs or restrictions before proceeding. Nothing in these terms limits cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

Contact us if your item arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match your approved order.

Return and refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, any policy disclosed before purchase, and applicable law. Personalized items may be subject to different return conditions, which must be communicated before purchase.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
