How do I start the process of ordering a military plaque?

You can contact us here through our contact page or you can send and email to roguemercdesigns@gmail.com. Please provide the minimum information to start a layout for you to review.

What information do you need?

At a minimum we need the name name, rank, and branch. For all ribbon plaque plaques we will need a list or picture of all ribbons and devices. Please look over our build process and timeline page.

Do I need to purchase before you will do a layout?

No you do not need to purchase a plaque or coin display to have a layout built for you to review. We would love to show you what the finished order can look like before you purchase from us.

What is the typical turnaround time for a custom order?

Typical turnaround time is under 2 weeks. There are many factors that can make that shorter or longer. The number one reason a order is delayed is the delay in us receiving information to build a layout for you to review.

Will you engrave a order without a final approval from a buyer to meet the timeline?

We will never start a engrave without an approved layout from the buyer. We have and will continue to cancel orders if needed. We stand behind our products and believe that we should and will fix any error or mistake we make, with no cost to the buyer.

Can I rush my order?

Sorry no an order can not be rushed on the process time. Stain, resin, sealer, and protective coating takes time to dry to produce a plaque that is worthy to present to a service member.

What is the cost of shipping and can I rush the shipping?

All of our orders (except Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO orders) include free shipping through FedEx. Yes we do offer a rush shipping that can be purchased separately for 2 day, or over night delivery.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my order?

A order can be cancelled until it has shipped. Please notify us as soon as possible. A order can be changed only in the layout process. Once a order has started the engrave process it can not be changed.

What if there is an problem or mistake on my plaque?

Please contact us as soon possible with the problem or mistake. We will do everything in our power to correct the problem or mistake. We stand behind our work and will make sure it meets the buyers standards not ours.
