Airmen's Creed Custom Going Away, Retirement, Promotion Plaque

Each plaque is precisely engraved and filled with a high-quality epoxy to produce a glossy display of all the engraved area. The plaque is then clear coated to produce a long-lasting shiny finish.
The bottom area is customizable for each soldier. It will include two custom images, name, and rank.

All engraving is filled with a black epoxy that provides a glossy finish to the letters and other engraves.
Each plaque is a 12 inches wide by 16 inches tall.
A stain is completed in a color stain of your choosing.
Each plaque is clear coated and sealed providing a clear glossy surface and protection.
A keyhole wall hanger is cut into each plaque so that it is ready to hang right out of the box.
Build time for each plaque is 13 to 15 days. This is due to dry and cure times of stain, epoxy, and clear coats. Time may increase with a delay in responding to messages.

The process for each plaque made is listed below:
Step 1: Once an order has been received, we will need to collect some information from the buyer to complete a layout for the buyer to review. We will be asking for the following information:
Full Name
Rank
Requested/Suggested Images to engrave
Step 2: Once all information is obtained a layout will be completed and sent to the buyer for review. Any changes will be made until the layout is perfect and approved by the buyer.
Step 3: The plaque will be built. From engraving to the final clear coat will be completed. When finished photos of the completed plaque will be sent to the buyer before the plaque is shipped out.

All items will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. A tracking number will be sent to buyer. If for any reason the item cannot be shipped, I will contact the buyer with the problem and ask what they would like to do (full refund, ship later).
