THE CREED THEY LIVE BY.
THE LEADERSHIP THEY EARNED.
THE LEGACY THEY LEAVE BEHIND.
Becoming an Army Noncommissioned Officer is more than earning another stripe.
It represents the responsibility to lead soldiers, uphold the standard, make difficult decisions, and place the mission and the welfare of others before yourself.
The Creed of the Noncommissioned Officer puts that commitment into words. This handcrafted plaque turns those words into a lasting tribute to the NCO who lives by them.
Personalized with their name, rank, unit, and military insignias, this plaque honors more than an accomplishment.
It honors the leader they became.
PERSONALIZED FOR THEIR SERVICE
Every military career tells a different story. Their plaque should reflect theirs.
Your plaque can include:
• Full name
• Current or final rank
• Unit or organization
• Two unit patches, insignias, logos, or meaningful images
• Customer-selected stain color
Whether you are recognizing a newly promoted Sergeant, thanking a First Sergeant for years of leadership, or celebrating a retiring Sergeant Major, we will create the design around the person receiving it.
Don’t have finished artwork?
Send us the information and images you have. Tell us about the NCO you are honoring and what you want the plaque to represent. We will help create the layout.
YOUR DESIGN. APPROVED BY YOU.
After receiving your order information, Rogue Merc Designs will create a personalized layout and send it to you for review.
If you would like something moved, changed, added, or removed, let us know. We will revise the layout and send it back for another review.
